The Skills Development Programme (SDP) was established in 2010 and ran for 8 years supporting young people mainly aged 16-24 years to realise their potential and build better futures.
The SDP delivered supported education, work experience, job prospects, transport and financial support and during the duration of the programme, helped over 100 young people in the Highland area.
The programme ceased in August 2018 and we were delighted to finish the programme with an excellent 100% positive progression rate in the final year.
