Working in partnership with many key bodies - including community organisations, local authorities and commercial companies - we have direct experience of delivering a range of key worker and additional needs housing.
We also have a stock of housing which we manage as private landlords. This experience allows us to continue looking at new options and solutions for further housing.

Key worker housing
We have key worker homes around the Highlands, directly managing properties in areas such as Kinlochbervie, Gairloch and Lochcarron.
'Keyworkers' include doctors, nurses, teachers and police officers but also extends to private sector businesses, both permanent and seasonal staff. Contact us to discuss key worker housing needs in your community. In addition, we also own the old Nurse's House in Glencoe (right) which we lease to the Scottish Ambulance Service as their base, so they can maintain that service within the community. Below are just a few examples of our key worker homes. |

Additional needs housing
We also provide specially adapted housing for people with additional needs.
For example in Invergarry, we provided a Rent To Buy home on a discounted self-build plot which was fully accessible, for a client with mobility issues.

In Applecross, in partnership with Applecross Community Company, we have provided three accessible homes, one fully adaptable for wheelchair use if necessary. The land was purchased from the NHS and is next door to the health centre, to better support and retain older residents of the village.
