How does the Fund work?
Communities Housing Trust (CHT) is administering the fund which will enable communities to identify suitable land to purchase and provide the necessary infrastructure to sell as individual self-build plots.
Projects will be undertaken to an agreed programme, at the end of which loans will be repaid to the fund. This will allow CHT to use the fund again and again to help new communities and following sale of the discounted plots, the fund will be replenished.
